He is an enthusiastic, flexible, outgoing, interpersonal and energetic trek guide with over two years of experience in the trekking field. Mr Ashish Tamang has been working at Base Camp Hike since 2020 and he has recently graduated from high school from Heartland Academy governed by CLCR in science faculty. He has a superior talent for entertaining guest members and delivering a high level of customer service.

Nice hike experience – beyond expectations

We were looking for a smaller company to organise our trek in the Anapurna region and we could not be happier to have found Base camp Hike.

All our needs and wishes were fullfilled, Jayaram did a great job to change our trek exactly to our needs and answer all our requests immediately and our guides and porters Ashish and Abishek were perfect during our trek, taking great care of us!
We had an amazing time, we especially loved that we trekked a little off the beaten path – Mulde view point beats Poon Hill by far, after seeing both we would definitely suggest the former – it was amazing!
Only downside was, that we only spent one week, we are already planning our next trek with Base Camp Hike and we will stay at least 10-14 days!!
