The Panorama Everest Trek is comparatively easy hiking than other popular trek treks in Everest Region. The trek follows the footsteps of Edmund Hillary and Tenzing.
This short and sweet trek begins from the Lukla and goes up to Tengboche. Though we can do visit Lukla to Tengboche(known as Everest Panorama Trail), mid-October to mid-November is the best time to visit. It’s due to the Mani Rimbdu festival as well as the finest weather. We highly recommend this time(mid-October to mid-November) as the best trekking period for the Everest view trekking.

Detailed Itinerary of Everest Panorama Trekking
Day 1: Flight to Lukla and trek to Phakding
You’ll have a scenic flight to Lukla and upon landing at Lukla, we’ll meet our porter. After that, we will stroll through the Dudh Kosi Valley to Phakding Village.

Day 2: Phakding to Namche Bazaar
After breakfast, we’ll trek to Namche. The duration of trekking will be 5 hours to get to Namche. During the hike, we will pass many suspension bridges.
And today, we will enter the Sagarmatha National Park which starts from Monjo. Today if the weather favors us, we get the first glimpse of Mt Everest. We can say Namche is a city of Everest Region Trek. Namche is known as the Gateway of Khumbu.

Day 3 Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar. (Optional hike to Thame Valley or Everest View Hotel)
Namche Bazaar is a perfect place for acclimatization before heading to Thyangboche because here we can hike to Everest View Hotel before heading off towards Thyangboche(3800m.)
We’ll hike to Hotel Everest View for great panoramic views of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Kusum Kangaru.
Before returning to Namche, we’ll enter the Sherpa Culture Museum and Everest Photo Gallery. Enjoy the rest of the day at NAMCHE.

Day – 4 Trek to Tengboche (3860m/12660ft) Duration: 5 hours
On Day3, we’ll trek to Tengboche(3860m/12660ft). During the hike to Tengboche, we will also see Pheasant, Musk Deer, and Himalayan Tahr.
Tengboche is the spiritual center of the Khumbu Region.
Here you can visit Tengboche Monastery which is the biggest Buddhist Monastery in the Khumbu region. During the day, we’ll catch panoramic views of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Amadablam, and many others as well.

Day – 5 Trek to Monjo

Day – 7 Fly back to Kathmandu
It’s time to say goodbye to Everest. We’ll take an early morning flight to Kathmandu as we have already finished the panorama trek to Everest. Upon landing at Kathmandu airport, we’ll escort you to the hotel. The trip is over from this day.
