Review of Trail : Why Trekking to Langtang Valley
In my personal view, Langtang region trekking is one of the best choices for those tourists. It is the perfect destination for those who want to see flora and fauna with great mountain views. Moreover, this region is the easiest trekking route to get there as it doesn’t require flight and a long hours drive. It is just 122km drive from Kathmandu to the northern side.
Nonetheless, it is a less spoiled trekking zone of Nepal. It is not as crowded as Everest and Annnapurna. All the treks of this region are located inside the Langtang National Park. Around 25% of this park is covered with forest. So it is the perfect trail for those who are looking for a more less traffic trek.
All in all, I personally recommend making a journey to Langtang for all once in life.
The Langtang Route is an excellent hiking trail for those who wish to do trekking in Nepal. It doesn’t matter whether you have a short holiday ( 7 days) or long (17 days). We can make its itinerary that suits your travel duration.

Nowadays some of them already made good lodges and some of them are still making.
The Langtang Hike is taken as an easy to moderate difficulty hiking route. The height of the maximum accommodation place is 3800m which is called Kyajin Gompa. Memorable 7 days Langtang Valley trip with Base Camp Hike
In September 2019, we went Hiking to Langtang with Base Camp Hike. It was memorable hiking. Because we got everything so perfectly.
We contacted this agency because we had an excellent experience of their services from previous treks(Poon Hill Trek). The trip was perfectly organized and we enjoyed every minute of it. We were lucky with good weather. On this trek, the guide was Som Shrestha and Porter was Saroj. Guide Som is excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, and has a good sense of humor. I suggest to all to book any trekking in Nepal with Base Camp Hike.

Amazing trek with great guide and Company
We had made a 10 days trek combining Tamang Heritage and Langtang trail. We found this company while search on Google. Before booking, we had many conversations through WhatsApp regarding the trip. Jayaram(owner) responded to our inquiry very promptly. It impressed me very much. We had a very responsive guide, Kamal, and Porter Dipendra. Both of them are very honest and professional. Nonetheless, we had great weather while hiking. So all in all, I highly recommended Kamal as Guide and Base Camp Hike Company.
