Spring( March-May ) and Autumn ( September- November ) are easier to trek in Langtang
If you make a plan to trek in Langtang in the Spring ( March-May) and Autumn (September- November) months, trekking will be easier than in other seasons. Moderate temperature, stable weather, and dry trails ease the Langtang trek.
Winter (December- February) and Monsoon(June – August) is difficult to trek than Spring and Autumn
During winter
Due to freezing temperatures, and unstable weather, snowfall makes difficult treks during the Winter season. It is not easy to start the trek early in the morning in winter. The temperature during daytime in the Langtang Region in between the range of 5°C-10°C and at night can drop to -4°C.
During Monsoon
During the Monsoon season, trekkers should walk on the muddy trail at Lantang. Because rain, unclear weather, blizzards, and slippery ways create problems to trek at Langtang.
