What level of Fitness is required to handle Difficulty?
Don’t think that the Everest Base Camp trek requires a superb level of physical fitness. It will indeed be easy to do EBC trek if you have a good level of fitness but it’s not true that you need a very high level of fitness such as you’re going to attend an Olympic athlete or Everest Marathon.

So what can I do to reduce the difficulty of the Everest Hike Preparation?
Some exercises can reduce the difficulty of the Everest Trek. The following are some of them. Do jogging each day and try to walk 5 hours a day as preparation
Focus on your leg( Specially Squats) at the gym.

Do some weeks of physical exercises such as jogging, hiking, and Squats before Everest Base Camp Trek. This fundamental thing is not very essential but without it the chance of getting difficult while you’re on the EBC trek.
